~ Spring 2010 Seller Instructions ~

 

Thank you for choosing to be a seller at the RDS TNT sale!  We would like to provide you with some information about being a seller at our sale.  Some of this is NEW, so please review carefully.  Thanks again for your support and participation in our sale.

 

NON-REFUNDABLE $10 Fee MUST be paid to receive Seller’s Packet

 

 * Seller receives 70% of whatever is sold *

* Riverchase Day School receives 30% *

TAGGING INSTRUCTIONS

(Must be followed exactly ~ NO EXCEPTIONS)

 

Please WRITE CLEARLY ~ Your profits depend on the legibility of the tags!

Make sure SIZE is listed, & BOY or GIRL is circled (number sizes only ~ NO S, M, L, XL, etc.)

If pants are SLIM, write size number then “S”

PLEASE ESTIMATE NUMERICAL SIZE IF NOT ON ITEM

DESCRIPTION should be brief (color, brand, type, design, shirt, dress, etc.)

FOR TOYS, PLEASE DETERMINE A GENERAL AGE

Items must be priced $1.00 or higher ~ ONLY in WHOLE or HALF-dollar increments

PRICE at 1/3 of purchase price if in EXCELLENT condition ~ ¼ for FAIR/GOOD condition

Items of lesser value can be combined with LIKE items (pj’s, onesies, etc.)

Please SORT clothing by SEX & by SIZE

DO NOT FORGET TO WRITE YOUR SELLER NUMBER ON EACH & EVERY TAG!

Be sure to indicate to RETURN the item if not sold, or NOT. (“NO” items will be donated to charity)

TAGS ARE PROVIDED ~ PLEASE USE ONLY THESE TAGS ~ DO NOT MAKE COPIES

Tags written in BLACK INK WILL be DISCOUNTED 30% on Saturday

Tags written in RED INK WILL NOT be discounted at all on Saturday

 

A seller must have a minimum of 10 items to sell

Clothing MUST be on WIRE HANGER ~ ALL ITEMS ON PLASTIC HANGERS WILL BE REFUSED

Hangers should open to the left when looking at the item

Price Tag should be pinned to upper RIGHT side of item (safety pins only, no straight pins please)

PLEASE DO NOT TIE, WRAP OR RUBBER BAND YOUR ITEMS TOGETHER

Pants must be pinned to the TOP of the hanger, NOT the bottom (do not FOLD over hanger either)

Place all shoes & small toys in Ziploc-type of bag (secure shut with tape, please)
